CEB Advisory – Integration of NAIA International Terminal Fee
Beginning February 1, 2015, the International Passenger Service Charge (IPSC) or the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminal fee of Php 550 for international flights, will be integrated into airline tickets. In compliance with the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) Memorandum Circular No. 8, Series of 2014, this will apply for CEB passengers who will book international flights from Manila or transiting Manila starting February 1, 2015.
CEB passengers who booked international flights before February 1, 2015, will still need to pay the terminal fee at the designated counters at the NAIA Terminal 3.
